We are pleased to welcome you to the Finance section of the Whitesands Bilingual College (WBC) website. This page provides all the necessary details for settling tuition and mandatory fees for the current academic year.

🏦 Payment Instructions: Bank Transfer (NBV)

All payments for Tuition Fees, Boarding Fees, and Mandatory Annual Charges must be made via bank transfer to the National Bank of Vanuatu (NBV).

To ensure your payment is credited to the correct student account, please follow the specific instructions below based on the language stream of your child:

🚨 Crucial Receipt Policy

It is mandatory that you bring the official bank receipt issued by NBV to the school office immediately after making your deposit.

The school cannot confirm payment, issue official receipts, or register fees until the physical bank receipt is presented. Please ensure the student's Full Name and Year Level are clearly written on the bank deposit slip.

Notes:

All fees must be settled at the beginning of each term.
Caution fees are paid once upon first enrollment.
Additional fees (Insurance, Sport, Exam, Development) are included where applicable.

Boarding and Day Boarder students are provided meals according to their category
